on-auto.ca is operated by 2751837 Ontario Inc., carrying on business as On Auto, 8280 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R 2N8. By using this site you agree to these terms.
What we do
On Auto is a car-buying service. We help you find a vehicle and connect you with a partner dealership in Ontario. The vehicle sale, its price and its paperwork are agreed between you and the dealership. Using On Auto is free and you're never obliged to buy.
Information on this site
Vehicle availability, delivery timing and any example budgets or timeframes are general information, not a promise or an offer. Each purchase depends on the dealership and your circumstances.
Your information
Please give accurate information. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy policy.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, On Auto is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Text messaging terms
- Program: On Auto vehicle search updates. When you tick the text-message box on one of our forms, or text us first, you agree to receive automated and personal text messages from On Auto about your vehicle search, including questions about your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups. If you also tick the offers box, we may send occasional promotional messages.
- Consent is optional: you do not have to agree to texts to use our service or buy a vehicle.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stop at any time: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then no further texts. You can also reply NO, or ask us by phone or email.
- Help: reply HELP, call 289-590-9997, or email info@on-auto.ca.
- Automated assistant: some replies come from an automated assistant, and a member of our team takes over when needed. Ask at any time and we'll tell you whether you're talking to a person.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy policy.
